• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or a related role in digital marketing
• Proven track record in managing influencer campaigns and working with social media influencers/KOLs across different platforms
• Experience with influencer marketing platforms is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective negotiations and coordination with KOLs, agencies, and internal teams
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
