- Lead and oversee the pattern design team’s day-to-day work
- Develop design concepts and ensure execution quality from ideation to final delivery
- Provide clear direction, feedback, and mentorship to junior designers
- Coordinate with team and client to ensure timelines and briefs are met
- Ensure consistency in design standards across all projects
- Oversee and manage administrative tasks related to design projects, such as documentation, progress tracking, and file organization
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, especially in textile and surface pattern
- Evaluate and improve workflow and creative processes for better productivity
- Research and develop on various design concepts for team brief.
- Working time Monday-Friday 08.30-17.30, lunch break 12.00-13.00. Work on site, in our Bandung based office
- Non-Bandung based candidate are welcome for this role
