Shift Coordinator Lab Full Assay
- To ensure safety of sampling and sample preparation activities at Mine Face, Lab Full Assay, In Mine Stockyard, Transfer point, FPP, Mine rush assay lab, Trommels (mini dryers), by conducting regular safety talk, safety inspection/ observation, safety audit
- To ensure sampling and sample preparation process in Mine Face, Lab Full Assay, In Mine Stockyard, Transfer point, FPP, Mine rush assay lab, Trommels (mini dryers) are compliance against QA/QC standard procedure by tight supervision and regular quality audit
- To regularly conduct audit in sampling area & facility to ensure ore sampling product quality
- To provide, monitor & support equipments and supplies (safety tools, light vehicle, office consumable, GPS, etc) for operational lab
- To ensure sample transportation from mine face, Mine Stockyard, Transfer point, FPP, and etc to laboratorium delivered on time
- To ensure all of assays, moisture, QA/ QC, preparation samples are valid, updated and reported on time
- Conduct training in sampling, sample preparation, QA/QC for new samplers
Field Engineer
- Provide necessary engineering expertise for construction and monitoring plans, this shall include field verification and check to ensure compliance to Company’s EHS rules and regulation
- Assist Project manager and construction supervisor by ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and meet the overall project plan, this shall include giving awareness when there are risks and potential issues might arise and have implications for the project completion
- Monitor and control construction’s actual work activities align to the construction plan, its timeline and quality standard based on applicable engineering references and Company’s standard
- Review and checking any requested field work activities based on its engineering design and identify potential cost deviation might occur
- Always maintain accurate control construction plans by entering daily and weekly units of completion (daily work progress) and deliver daily and weekly progress report
- Conduct technical problem investigations and participate in conducting analyses and surveys for developing effective solutions of engineering problems
- Develop, create, and maintain all related documentation control and filing
- Maintain good relationships with partner, sub-contractors, and all internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of technological developments in the field of engineering and construction
Field Inspector
- Provide work planning and do inspections in regular basis on all construction labor and subcontracted tasks to ensure professional workmanship
- Monitor conformance of all requirements, such as code of conduct or safety precautions
- Perform field inspections and maintain inspection records, taking photos of the project to evidence the condition, submit daily field logs to update the Construction Supervisor and Project Manager
- Conduct a final site walk-down and identify major & minor deficiencies for correction actions
- Evaluating plans and specifications for construction projects to ensure conformance with regulations
- Issuing of violation notices and stop the work where field works do not comply with EHS regulations
- Collect information based on actual field condition, record any deviations and disagreements to Construction Supervisor for clarification
- Attending pre-construction meetings and close-out meetings of construction projects
